Maybe I asked this before.

Yep, thats me to some extent. My sister in law to a mega extent.

i do drive but only really to places i know, and i really have to force myself. even though when im driving its really not that bad, unless idk where im going, then i panic.

my SIL doesnt drive at all, she started learning on quiet roads in sweden and i think she had an incident that freaked her out and she stopped. since being in UK she has said she wants to learn to drive, even though the roads are mega busy.

i think for her she just recognised that she and my brother both need learn to drive, they currently live in the city but are thinking of moving to the burbs so they would need to drive for work.

and its the same for me, i just recognise that i have to get over it otherwise i wont be able to travel the country for work on competitions.

dont pressure her. ask if she would like to go somewhere quiet for a test drive, i used a park car park after hours which was fab. and maybe remind her that a driving instructor wont press her to do anything she is not ready for. the first lesson is usually a back street getting used to gears (if its not auto) and the instructor will have control

i'm on a terrible downswing tonight.

We all say things we dont mean in the heat of the moment. Dont be so hard on yourself. Is the situation salvageable? Can you talk to the person?

Just because you said bad things it doesnt make you a bad person

I don't think Trump is that divisive. It's just that the liberal half of America can't believe he got elected and poor Hillary lost just because she's a woman. They hate him and no matter what he does or accomplishes it doesn't change their opinion. In fact the better of a job he does the more they hate him...

I mean conservatives didn't like Obama but we didn't act like idiots and go rioting in the street.

From what I've heard Mr. Johnson is the leading proponent for Brexit and that's the only reason he got elected. As long as people can do their job I don't mind them acting a fool now and then, heck I'm one of the crazy people too.

I wouldnt say leading proponent. I would say, for some weird reason, the most popular. My biggest problem with him is that he actually couldnt make his mind up. It seems that he was forced to pick a side so he picked most likely to win. There are a couple of other candidates that could/would be better, but they have big downsides. Rees-Mogg is stuck in the Victorian era, Gove messed up Education, Hunt, even though he is a remainer, had a huge run-in with doctors and the NHS (which I think is why he didnt win)

I from this end it seems America is really extreme, you're either super liberal or super conservative.

I was watching the news yesterday in the bible belt of the good old US of A and they kept showing Boris the Clown in the worst possible way. Lots of footage with him dressed crazily and doing strange things. They had a video of him calling Trump an idiot and unfit to serve that they kept showing too... Of course the Donald and Ivanka both sent him congratulations.

His weird hair does kind of remind me of our fearless leader, hope his policies are as good for your country as our president's have been for ours.

TRUMP 2020!!!

The worst thing is, for Boris, thats not even strange!

I cant work out if he is an absolute buffoon or total genius. But I couldnt even work out who was better of the 2 candidates, they were both trash. I see no one in the party as a leader apart from Mrs May. I really like May, she was really trying. And I think the MPs really ******fucked things up for her. The real problem was/is not our PM, but the MPs who want to stop Brexit, or delay the process, or even argue about the details.

And there is only one real reason why they are doing it. And that is because it benefits THEM and their wallets. No other reason than they have their fat fingers in EU pies.

I hope Boris is not as stupid as he comes across. Or we are all doomed.

Personally, I think maybe a few hundred will show up and watch to see if anybody else actually tries to get in.

And hopefully someone will live stream so we can laugh at them

im a closet chef...

Cilantro and parsley are different. Coriander is cilantro seed. In UK we call them both corriander and Iโ€™ve never really cooked with the seed.

Anyway come out of the closet with the cooking. Thereโ€™s no smoke alarm in there!
