Hey, itโ€™s great to hear from you and thereโ€™s no need to apologise. I understand completely.
Your Mum always spoke fondly about Neville and how she was extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to love him again.
We exchanged pictures regularly, she was always beaming with pride when she showed me pictures of the family. She was devoted to all of you.
Even now I struggle to find words on her passing.
Just know that she will never leave you.
And if you ever need a friend Iโ€™m always here for you.x

I'm sorry, I have not experienced the loss of a parent and don't know what words may provide solace, if any.
However, I would like to say that it's not as late as it may feel.
When my friend ash messaged me in a slightly agitated state, I thought to write some words of encouragement in the morning.
She tried to take her life overnight.
I felt guilty for delaying. That things might have gone differently.
Be that as it may, tried to make a difference as feasible, and guess I'll just see what fate has in store.
Granted, death certainly hinders communication, and burdens other aspects like no other. But you have your memories. The pain is real.
