Is there a preview button for posts?

If not, it would be a handy feature. If there is, well, I must be some blind or ready to ride the 'short bus'.. maybe both?

Itโ€™s on the feature list of things planned, but not done yet. :D

DOH!! I'm a pretty crappy typist and my meds make for being a permanent 'blonde'. A preview really helps insofar as I can then see how my post would actually look and what still needs doing in order to be acceptable. Guess I'll just have to wait 'n whine.

The edit button is fine for me. I would prefer a way to quote the post though. We can currently only quote the replies, unless you copy and paste and edit the tags.
Also, why am I allowed to edit every post? Only the poster should be allowed to do this, right?

Long time/trusted users are able to publically edit posts. Itโ€™s so that when there are no posts with bad grammar, you can help by cleaning it up for better understanding.

Or editing out personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, etc.
Good to know!

Why can I edit posts? That sounds like a dangerous proposition even to me... the whole "trusted" part is where things start to break down. And what's the "short bus"? That one that picked up handicapped kids? HAAA I've never heard that but I think I need to start using it. I wonder if I ask my wife if she rode the short bus what would happen? What if she did? The plot thickens.

My son was born with special needs. He's now graduated for several years now but still rides the smaller wheelbase bus on a daily basis. Nothing about a short bus or being a retard is funny to me.

Sorry....

Why doesn't this surprise me?
