Do what? I'm good at what I do and I'm not cheap. Raise your prices until people stop calling you, and then lower them just a little. People will think they're getting a deal then, and they probably will be.

In my house there's this light switch that doesn't do anything. Every so often I would flick it on and off, just to check. Yesterday, I got a call from a woman in Germany. She said, "Cut it out."

Actually everyone sucks at their job. I forget the name of the theory but people move up the ladder and get promoted until they get to a job they are no good at and they don't get promoted and they stay at that job forever just kind of sucking along like this monster run on sentence..

It's nine'so'clock on a saturday; the regular crowed shuffles in, there's an old man sitting next to me make love to his tonic and gin.
He says son can you play me a memory, i'm not really sure how it goes, but it's sad and it's sweet and I knew it complete when i wore a younger mans clothes.
Now John at the bar is a friend of mine, he gets me my drinks for free, he quick with a joke or a light of your smoke but there's someplace that he'd rather be. He say Bill I believe this is killing me, as the smile ran away from his face, i'm sure I could be a movie star if I could get out of this place. Now Paul is a real estate knolist, who never had time for a wife, and talking to Davy, who's still in the Navy and probably will be for life....

I'm under the impression he's saying the losers, lazy, coat-tail-riding hypocrites usually end up with the best positions, get the promotions, the pay raises, the recognition, and the pat on the backs.
