Tomorrow is the last day my daughter stays with me in our flat. We have been here for the past seven years. She was born in this town some 18 years ago and lived here her whole life..

On Monday she is flying to Australia to be with a guy whom she met via on online game some five years ago. She won't tell me anything about him and is planning to stay with him for 5 weeks.

If she comes back, I no longer will be in our flat. Need to move out in a few weeks time. Don't have a new place yet..

It will be also a big change for me, moving away after 20 years.. being broke, broken and heartbroken at the same time - it is going to be interesting, too..

If you pray, i ask you if you could include us (together with my two rabbits) in your prayers. We will surely need it. Thank you. xx

Is she travelling alone? You may wish to be prepared (financially) to bring her back quickly as in overnight. Yes i will pray for all 4 of you. We are here if you need us.

Yes, soco, she is traveling alone.. (And have I mentioned that she has quite severe social anxiety and has not been anywhere out of her room for about five years, and just about managed to attend some school?!)

Well, i'm broke, got no money at all.. so, those prayers will be needed and I really appreciate them, soco - THANK YOU!

Why wouldn't your daughter tell you anything about that guy? And what does she plan to do 5 weeks later?

That's what i would like to know as well! :(( why does she have to keep it so secret? Apparently, he's much older than her, but still living with parents.

She has a place in university from September if she returns.

Thank you, Lawn; the prayers are greatly appreciated. Daughter, thank God, is doing fine and she seems to be having fun - zoo today, whale watching y'day.. Well, she has over 4 more weeks in there.

Rabbits don't know yet what is to happen.. I don't speak lapin yet, so can't tell them.

And there is not yet a place to move to.. as things are going very slowly with a house which I want and it seem like they don't want to give it to me (but claim to be just too busy). Well, it is quite hot in UK, so I can camp for a while if it comes to the worse..

Thanks again, Lawn. How are you doing?

Thank you for the update. I am doing pretty well overall. I think I have carpel tunnel syndrome from playing a video game. I finally deleted it and am done with games for a while.

Just wanted to thank you, @soco, for your prayers! There were so needed, and they indeed helped.

Daughter came back last Monday after 26hr flight, and a further 11 hr journey to our new home. On Tuesday she admitted that she spent about 2 weeks travelling around North Australia also. I don't know why she wouldn't tell me beforehand?! Why would she think that I would have any objections to that when I had already accepted her going across the world to see a guy whom I can't stand..!?

Anyway, she still has not said one single word about him, other than he went travelling with her.

Two very positive things which came from her trip were that she's ovecome some of her social anxiety problems - she stayed in a house with 4 people (and for a few days 6 when relatives were visiting); she went camping, too; she learnt to use public toilets whereas before she could use only the one at home; and she learnt to try new food (even a crocodile and a kanguroo!).

So, thank you again for the prayers! It is so nice to be able to report something positive xx
