Yes. One way it’s happened to me is i end up having a panic attack which makes me throw up. The other way I’ve experienced it is I would get so depressed I’d make myself throw up (I guess it was my other way of cutting)

No, not really. What is making you so depressed? I've been anxious to the point of nausea, I guess that's the closest I've felt to what you've experienced.

i've done this too. only once was it really bad though. most times i feel it coming on and get a funny feeling in my head.

the worst one of these was when i thought i was dying. went to the floor and things blacked out.

i haven't been to the floor in a while so i guess i'm a little better. i still get the funny feelings in my head though, light headed things are spinny and other feelings.

feeling pretty worthless lately though

Make sure you are drinking water and eating. If you aren’t on any medication to help with depression and can’t go to the doctor to get some try turmeric root capsules (when I was going off my antidepressants cold turkey they helped with the side effects like nausea and light headedness).

And why do you feel worthless?

not much to show for my life's efforts. i know it's not worth worrying about cause you can't take things with you, but i would have liked to have had them result in some security of some kind by now.

i'm angry and sad about it.

I’m right there with you. I was in that hole and now I’m slowly climbing out but the hole just keeps getting deeper. Find one thing that you’ve done in your past or that you’ve always wanted to do and commit to it. Mine was a shelter I use to volunteer at before I moved. When I was in my hole I wouldn’t leave my bed so I stopped going. This week I decided i Would go again once a week bc it made me happy. Find something or even someone to hold on to. Make a brunch date with family or friends and commit to it once a week. Anything that can give you hope.

I stay home when I get that bad.
Then whatever happens, nobody else sees.

Oh yeah, so many times I lost count years ago. You want to talk but there's no one to talk to, you want to do something but there's nothing to do. Even if you attempt to start your life over it just brings new problems.

Honestly the best thing you can do is vent, find somebody, anybody since there's always people around. Talk to the people here, or find a local counseling center, whoever's around just vent it all out, what's wrong and what's not right. It may not cure your depression but you will feel a lot better
