Difference between help and advice?

It still comes down to compassion and a willing heart. This place was conceived and built out of a compassion to help others. It is the reason we are all here.

For me I suppose it all comes down to the amount of passion behind it. You can go anywhere and get advice. To have someone put some thought and care behind that advice shows true passion and therefore - help.

It's a good job you was wearing thick socks. Your best bet now is to walk around in them as much as you can to break them in.

nods that's what I've been doing โ˜บ

Probably a bit awkward in the shower the first 8, 9 times but keep it up and it wont take long at all.

I am having trouble getting used to Help and how it works.

Hi D.H. I'm soco or from Original Help, southern_comfort. I'm also the person that initiated the invite on Facebook.
Basically the altruism here is simple. People come in from all over the world and request help on any number of subjects or reasons. We respond back on their post, to the best of our ability and knowledge. Simple as that.
Sometimes, and most of the time this does happen, they come back to offer their help because of the help they themselves received. And as a result the Help family grows.
So welcome back and i sincerely hope you enjoy your stay.

My cat matia went hiking with me today.

Okay, I'm in. Where do I reach a breeder of immature 'bever's and how far is Hrad from my house?

Okay Jebus, just for you, I came back.

He was banned for 1 day for language toward a fellow member. He has been eligible to return for 4 days now but no one has seen him yet. Wish he would just swallow his pride and come back.

I've been trying to get into better shape recently too, and have looked at joining my local gym. One thing I can suggest though, is stay the hell away from Beachbody's Insanity if you haven't been working out easily for a while. Even some people who I know to be quite physically active found it one of the most challenging.

I made it through 11 minutes of the fit test and I could barely walk for the next five days.

Have you talked with your doctor Aria? I highly recommend you do so before starting any excersize regiment, especially us females.

Yup, I have. I hadn't at the time I decided to test out Insnity though - I wanted to check it out as a friend highly recommended it at the time. I didn't go near it after that. Lol.

This time though, my doctor is pretty involved with my health due to issues that arose with my thyroid and liver. My gym stuff is mainly me trying to be more proactive with my health since I've been clean from opiates. But I figure once a week with my personal trainer (with my doctor's approval) should get me onto a path until I feel confident ramping up the fitness I actually want to do more regularly. Such as boxing classes, and going back to my Krav Maga training.

Excellent!
