If this is an option Nevermind, check with your doctor's if you can get their approval. If they say okay, I will pay for it - no questions asked. I think it just might help you.

She did use her e mail to help plan her daughter's wedding. She deleted those emails. If deleting emails is such a bad crime you might as well charge every single American that has bought or used a computer, tablet, or smartphone because we ALL have. Including you.

If 2 hours equals 22 hours your entire math is screwed simply based on that initial premise.
An average 8 hour work day is now 88 hours. 2 hours to commute is now 22, etc.

There are many here that care about you Nevermind. Too many I suppose. But what we tell you does not matter. We could yell and scream until we are blue in the face but it can't drown out the voices you listen to. So let me just say this one last time. You have the right to decide whetber you live or die, not us. We want you here with us, bandages and all. You are needed here.

No one understands the sentence "Stop hitting yourself" quite like I do.

Self harm is a selfish act. You convince yourself that physical pain is necessary as a punishment you feel you deserve. You may have been taught to expect pain from a parent or if you spent time in the foster system. Anyway, it is learned behavior and as such it can be unlearned. With proper guidance and a willingness to want to change it can be accomplished.
