A Concern:

What we've got here are mostly lonely socially awkward people attempting reach out. If there is mistrust, it's because we've all been disappointed before.

Question 5...Wednesday

I have no blink moments. All my big changes have taken a little time.

My mum just peed herself again.

It is true that women who have had children lose some control over their body later in life, but drunkenness certainly doesn't help. You should encourage her to see a doctor. If possible, talk with the doctor about your concerns about her excess drinking, but also she can mention having bladder control problems.

My cat died today and I burst into tears at a work meeting.

Condolences for your loss. Everyone who has ever had a pet knows how hard it is to lose them. I'm sure your colleagues will understand.

Question 4...

Is there a place where people congregate that might have a bulletin board up and running?
Maybe you could sort of advertise your need for some help.
I am in a situation right now where I am totally overwhelmed with the need to be helped out...a lot of picking up and moving of things no longer required...or needed...desired...required....lol...(sorry)
But truly, people really do respond to others who need help.
Especially if a nice warm lunch is offered...or some kind of pay (?)

Good luck, hon...It will all come together...I'm sure. Peace and Light..

I actually have a husband and two teenage boys who can help. They just have different priorites from me. They don't care if the house is a mess and falling apart. I'm the only one who is bothered by it. If I ask, and if they feel like it, they will help. They just never, ever, ever think of doing anything on their own.

Question 4...

I need actual hands-on help. Or more hours in a day. There are more things to be done than I am capable of doing, and nobody else seems to care.

Oh, also a goal. I need a be long-term goal. Floating aimlessly hasn't worked great so far and tasks don't really seem to go anywhere.

Question number 3 guys...(missed yesterday)

Freshman calculus. I wish I hadn't failed it the first time. I struggled against that for years.

Question number 2, guys...as said in a post yesterday...

My oldest son just graduated from high school. He has autism and difficulty adapting to new situations, so he still needs a lot of help and guidance, but he's very creative and intelligent. Over the next year or few, I'll be working with him to transition to self sufficiency. He plans to study graphic design and animation and dreams of someday working for Pixar.

One question a day...

Read a book. Play with my kids. Work outside in my mini-vineyard. Stargaze.
