What do you think of someone who admits they made a mistake?

In an ideal situation, people should feel comfortable enough to admit when they are wrong.

But work environments can be highly competitive and being wrong is just plain never as good as being right.

At the same time, the ability to take responsibility for and correct your mistakes is a strength in itself, and a good manager should note that. Honesty is valuable.


It's a balance. You want to be perceived as responsible and honest, but also as competent. The best solution is to be perfect but thats not possible either.

Veggie trays are also often disappointing. A lot of times its just random, barely seasoned veggies and doesnt taste like anything.

I hate what passes for macaroni and potato salad at most parties and i could have brought chips or something but that would have been just one bag among many and i wanted to bring something substantial.

I seriously considered nachos but i didnt have those ingridients and the place that makes the best nachos by me does not do catering trays of them.

I do like black pepper...everyone seemed to like it, and like that it had a lot of pepper. Whew.

A bird stopped by my window , it doesn't seem to be scared of people , it moves a little.

You should google bird rescue in your area, there are usually people who will come and try to save the bird. I don't know how old you are but I would tell your parents first if applicable.
