fine i'll ask myself a question.

hey man what are some good tips with keeping a tidy email inbox?

excellent question- depending on what email provider you use for instance i am a gmail user.. i try using their folder filter system by eliminating unwanted emails. best to place them in categories in relation to the subjected emails.. like i use all my online food orders in a specified " food " folder so it makes it easily accessable for any ... promo deals/ service orders/ and alot of the spam that comes with it.

ok so .. why are you talking to yourself? hmm

Been roaming around some time myself. Debating wether to post something or not. But this page does seem close to dead thus I decided against posting anything thus far.

Honestly I don't believe any one person is the issue in this regard.

Nah. In fact, the opposite! The more active users we have the better.

This Help just needs more activity, which it gets by getting more people on here. We can do Google Ads or word of mouth across the internet via other sites.

Very nice!

Iโ€™m the admin/builder. I rebuilt the site as a tribute to the old one- a thank you, I suppose- for the things it helped me get through back in the day. Outside of that, Iโ€™m just a lurker. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

aren't we all lurking about waiting for the right moment?

my experience went on something tough living in a challenging way. knowingly i would refrain from calling it the worst to ever exist im my whole yada yadda nor would i ever want to experience such thing.. kinda like a girl with the wrong prom dress on the eve of the nigh or some stupid crap like that. no thanks.

experience is obviously something to discover on your own.. i can share it but its never going to be how you lived it. Theres always something in question... what do we need for ourselves, how do we find it? was it we already knew but avoided it the whole time? i know my punchline..

yo rocko ... would it be nice if someone else jumped onto this tramp?

Itโ€™s tough- many times even though weโ€™ve been there, we lose sight of what itโ€™s like to really be in the middle of the storm. Because weโ€™ve moved on and grown, we think itโ€™s an easy thing to overcome. But the people that are in the middle of those storms feels like itโ€™s the end of the world and donโ€™t know how to move on.

It would be awesome to get some more people on the bandwagon. Just tough to find them- harder to get them to stick around, especially with how quiet it is.

Oh heck no! Please stay!

The difficulty with recruiting new helpers is that each of us likes our anonymity here and doesn't want to reveal ourselves to people we know in analog life or other social media.

I'm like The Joker, apparently. It's just how my face is put on.

I was in army boot camp, and every morning the drill sergeant yelled at me and made me do push-ups for smiling in formation. One day I was at my limit, and I shouted back "I'm not smiling drill sergeant, it's just how my face is made." She was trying so hard to contain her laugh, she forgot to make me do push-ups that day or any other.

On another day, I used to work in an aquatic ecology lab, using larval fish to test toxicity of industrial effluents. One day, at the end of a 30 day test, I spent the whole day killing the test survivors so that they could be dried and weighed to assess chronic toxic effects. It's a necessary step, but always unpleasant. I'm a sensitive person and I don't enjoy hurting animals. I walked into Kung Fu class that evening, and the instructor commented that my smile looked less happy than usual.

So yeah, I smile too much. I'm also a generally cheerful person, but the two aren't entirely related.

great question, i am still to this day debating whether if i should be glad with what i have - a pretty stable job, a home, a car and somewhat saving money. but on the other hand i do have the FOMO ( fear of missing out ) and the fact that im not really prospecting the idea of being in a relationship and not utilizing my social skills because I for the most part prefer to be alone :/ i do have a few friends i meet up with every now and then and keep close contact with my parents and relatives. only downside is my subconscious thinks i should be kicking ***ass and taking names, striving for popularity, runnning 100 mile marathons and cashing in on good ol capitalistic US of A. With that not happening, i guess im pretty comfortable..

i wouldnt really eat ONE thing ONLY forever, funny thing about me i get bored of the same taste FAST!. for instance.. Chipotle.. for a while i just couldnt go without it a few times a week but after a while the flavor loses its savoriness and starts to taste pretty bland :P this goes for .. pizza, burritos.. salads.. even while i was on the keto diet.. i got sick of the flavor of steaks/ shrimps and burgers.. hard to believe huh!

@beautycomesfromwithin if theres anything you're an expert on, what is it?

Thank you for answering my questions. I got to understand you more. Well done with all your achievements. I wish they had Chipotle in the UK. Never been to the US.

Great question. Well, I would say mental health. I worked with the field for over four years. There is always room for improvement.
However I would say I'm an expert of analysing people. I've been emotionally hurt by friends and loved ones that I can tell who genuinely cares or don't give a ****

Its ok. No. I don't like the word mental. It has a negative meaning. I use the word unwell or distressed.

To answer your question: it's never too late to reply back. Your reply appears to coherent and logical. You're able to articulate your thought process in a stable manner. You're one of a kind. I would say you're stable in your own way. For one to be considered unwell then further assessment will have to be explored. ๐Ÿ™‚
