I was just wondering how do you deal with bullies in a nursing workplace environment. I work in mental health nursing in the UK. I find that people are bullying me e.g. ward managers because they are intimidating me.

I haven't drove a car in over a year.I brought my first car not long ago. My father was so mean to me and verbally abusive. Degrading my skills. He has taken my confidence away from me. My father is a hard man and doesn't know how to talk to people. Has anyone experienced this before? I cried several times.

Generally I feel I am here for a purpose of some sort. Still trying to work this out. I would like to see what other people have to say. Life is difficult but that is how life goes I guess.

For those of you on mental health medication...

I have never been on antidepressants but I know relatives that have been on the medication. Seek advice as the dosage might be too much or the medication is making you worst. Seek advice from your doctor. It sounds like you are getting bad side effects from the medication.
