hows everyone in the UK finding the snow?

I'm in the US- we've had 2 small snow storms so far and nothing sticking to the ground yet. Quite disappointing. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Although- tough to complain as I drive a bike. Less snow == less chance I slide out and die. ๐Ÿ˜„

Would you rather be intelligent and live a lifetime being poor or be not that academic and be wealthy for life?

I find questions like this difficult to answer without clarification: HOW "not academic", HOW rich, HOW poor? I also assume that the poor+smart choice leaves you at your current intellect?

I value intellect much more than I value money.

However, I value family more than I value intellect. If I don't have the ability to provide for my family, at least to the point of making it by (Food on the table, shelter over their heads, etc) then I would sacrifice my intellect in order to give them comfortable lives without question.

The revival of this site is amazing.

I think HelpBot detected the excitement and decided there was no cause for concern.
... Yeah. Letโ€™s go with that. ๐Ÿ˜„

Iโ€™ve got South African ancestry. I was born/raised in UT,US- but my parents and ancestors going alllllll the way back are from SA.

People often tell me that I seem more South African than American, mostly because of the respect I have for people, how rarely I get sick, and how Iโ€™m almost always barefoot if I can get away with it. Iโ€™ve never been- so I donโ€™t know. ๐Ÿ˜„

Didn't know you're South African! ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Got the blood! Never been though. Lots of family out there that comes and visits now and then. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I have a few tendencies that people point out are a little aboriginal around here now and then. Want to get more into the culture and pay a visit to some family out there. One day when I have the time/money. ๐Ÿ˜‰

What comes to mind when you think "Texas"?

Generally just describe the emoji in one word as best you can. ๐Ÿ˜„

Type a colon : then start typing the name of the emoji. A box should appear where you can select one. Pressing enter will select the highlighted emoji. ๐Ÿ™‚

Life Goes On!

Yep! I suck at sounds though- and there were a bunch of complaints with the chat room sound originally. But Iโ€™ll toss a setting in that will allow people to control the sound.
