The revival of this site is amazing.

It has the same format and feel as the old one--the annoying "Help Bot" who always thinks you are contemplating suicide! My hat is off to those who revived this site--it was completely dead before. This format is much more conducive to posting--and to helping others!

Were you in Djibouti? I have a friend that was stationed there. It really is nice to have the same old format we all know and love isn't it? Rockster is the guy to thank. Apparently he's some kind of wizard and put this place back on the map.

Not Djibouti, but West Africa.

Rockster is a great guy. Amazing that he replicated the old format.

Now it just needs some ranking in Google!

Yup, was really gratified to see the site up again, sans some of the quirks of the 'old' site. Now just need to get the word out and get more new posters. In the meantime it's nice to play 'catch up' with some of the original crew.

Yes, that previous format was for the birds. It just did not "grab" you like the former and present format does!
