Being a groomsman

Youโ€™re also supposed to plan/help orchestrate a bachelor party. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I didnโ€™t know that until day of. So that was fun ๐Ÿ˜…

I suppose we are all lurking for the right moment. ๐Ÿ˜…

Itโ€™s tough- many times even though weโ€™ve been there, we lose sight of what itโ€™s like to really be in the middle of the storm. Because weโ€™ve moved on and grown, we think itโ€™s an easy thing to overcome. But the people that are in the middle of those storms feels like itโ€™s the end of the world and donโ€™t know how to move on.

It would be awesome to get some more people on the bandwagon. Just tough to find them- harder to get them to stick around, especially with how quiet it is.

back to you... so what are you here just a mod, i hardly know anything about you?

Very nice!

Iโ€™m the admin/builder. I rebuilt the site as a tribute to the old one- a thank you, I suppose- for the things it helped me get through back in the day. Outside of that, Iโ€™m just a lurker. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

What was the experience?

sigh.. i miss the old days.. sometimes i feel like i really soiled on this help revival.. .. would it help if i left?

Nah. In fact, the opposite! The more active users we have the better.

This Help just needs more activity, which it gets by getting more people on here. We can do Google Ads or word of mouth across the internet via other sites.

Being 'green'.

Unmarked NSFW. Not sure what HelpBot's deal is. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Love the post though!
It's not the common folk that have caused these issues- it's the evolution and expansion of new technologies and less efficient methods- all for the sake of convenience and laziness. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Why was my post deleted?

We've had a bunch of spam lately. Looks like it may have gotten picked up by accident. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Restored it now. ๐Ÿ‘ Still playing with and tweaking those.

Why do people act up sometimes?

Emotional imbalance. Something in their day went funky. Reminded them of something in the past. Theyโ€™re irritable. Millions of possibilities.

Sometimes this just causes them to do unreasonable things.

My sixteen year old has been asleep for over 40 hours.

Sounds like you guys have a great relationship if you're able to talk to him like that and he will openly tell you his problem and concerns about a potential solution. That's essential. He needs somebody he can talk to about his life concerns and stresses, even though most of them may seem silly, the way his brain reacts to them is NOT silly.

The majority of teens go through a depressed phase, and while many professionals will prescribe anti-depressants or other psycho-drugs to deal with it, sometimes all you need is a little more life.

Get him to spend more time in the sun, get more sleep/go to bed earlier, eat a healthier diet, etc.

Obviously the above is just a way to help balance chemicals to where they are supposed to be. If there is a serious problem, these things will not help enough. However, based on the information given, it sounds like all he needs is a bit of a healthier lifestyle.

Really the question is how tall is she and how much does she weigh? Of course according to those BMI charts everyone in America is 50 pounds overweight. 140 is supposed to be a normal weight for a 6' man. Wow...

Where are you getting that? Iโ€™m 5โ€™10 and used to weigh 180 and was considered prime health. (According to insurance companies)
