I haven’t gotten any cravings to smoke (Day 10 Nicotine free!) but I’ve been told I’m crankier, I have a gross cough that won’t go away, and I’m tired all the time.

How are you doing, Araz? So far so good..? 😉

I quit smoking years ago and believe me it was the best thing I ever done,
As for the "coughing" you'll find it can grow gradually worse over time. You might also find yourself with flu like symptoms (it's a side effect of nicotine withdrawal)
I think everyone who quits smoking gets"cranky" hell I know I did! And eat omg I never stopped.
I replaced my addiction for another addiction which was chocolate..
How are you finding it when it comes to sweet stuff?

I think I'm in trouble.

Has anything happened recently to make you revert back to your old ways?
I agree with the others " vomiting blood" can be extremely serious. It sounds like you need professional help as well as medical.

It’s kind of hard to stay positive when literally everyone is being negative around you.
