After my flu I was hoping to be helping others more, but it looks like I'm the one in need of help yet again.

January and February are the worst months for me. It is cold and the days are short. We get less sunlight / less vitamin D. It is harder to get motivated to exercise. One thing that really helped me is taking St. Johns Wort. Studies have shown it to be as effect as other antidepressants with fewer side effects. Do not use if you are on other medications. Try to get in a routine and string together a few days where you do something healthy for yourself. Eat something healthy, get outside for a walk, avoid self-destructive behaviors. If you can get some positive momentum going for a few days in a row, sometimes it can build into a week and then a month and then a few months from now you will look back and see that you are doing quite a bit better.

The many worlds theory, what's your opinion?

There are experiments to prove quantum mechanics but scientists can't prove which interpretation of quantum mechanics is correct (if any). There are several interpretations with Copenhagen being the classic one that is most popular. I agree that Many Worlds seems to be the most elegant. I personally think it is more likely to be true than any other, but who knows.

Common objections are that it doesn't explain why we don't perceive the parallel superpositions and it is just too weird. Those are addressed in this article:

It depends. What is the asking price for the historical data? It represents an interesting piece of history so it would be nice to keep it around. But obviously this is a non-profit operation and it is useless to them so funny they wouldn't just donate it. Similar to if you found a completely useless historical artifact that used to belong to someone else. Wouldn't you just give it back to them?

I have a Hero4 Silver and really like it. It may be overkill for your needs since part of what you are paying for is the waterproof capability. The sound quality is apparently not as good on the Hero5 because they decided to make it waterproof by default. On the Hero4 you can switch to a case that isn't waterproof which gives better sound quality.

The biggest issue is the footage can be very shaky if you hold by hand. Here are some tips to get steady footage with a pole (filming dogs!):
