In a court of law, the presumption of "innocence" does not exist....

The verdict at the end of anyone's trial will either be 'Guilty' or 'Not Guilty.'

No court ever declares "innocence," at the end of the trial.

This means, the least you can be is "Not Guilty."

He's probably guilty. But he's not guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt" if you define that as a doubt you have a reason for.

The county should have been entirely hands off, and removed the reason for doubt. As they did not, he should've walked. As we believe it's better to let a guilty person free rather than hold an innocent one, the fact he's probably guilty should not have trumped the reasonable doubt.

I know I got a DUI and never drove intoxicated, well not that day anyways. I appeared very guilty though...

I was driving recklessly and when I got to where I was going I took a handful of pills and started drinking. What I didn't know was that someone had reported me, everyone has a camera and thinks they're a cop now. So the cops show up and I'm wasted out of my mind and they have a video of me driving like a crazed maniac. BOOM guilty as charged.

Help me with:

I need help.

Thatโ€™s why itโ€™s advised to not drink or take any controlled substances in a few hours after driving recklessly or being involved in accidents or other incidents as that might make things worse down the line.
If there is a good reason for the behavior, things might be explained and let go, but if one is riggedy wrecked.. well.. not so much.

When I dunno what to think I tend to decide to not think and wait for my brain to reload and do it later. And then forget to go back to it ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ

can anyone honestly say they paid any attention to it?.. i mean the timelines! , state expert screw-ups.. ugh so much BS and the constant State of Wisconsin rejections of appeals.. to bury their ****fuck-ups.

if you asked me .. all started after the lawsuit that never happened - for 32 million of wrongful conviction and 18 yrs imprisonment.

pls watch it and make use of your best judgement.

Absolutely false. There is a presumption of innocence. Please see following article to support my statement:
