Fitbit has a web page to initiate a return back to them. You would have zero chance of returning it to Costco.

5G towers you mean? They were well planned years earlier. They just don't build themselves because we are in quarantine. Just ask anybody involved from Ericsson, Qualcomm, or Nokia.
