Second question answer. A good food processor is needed. Not a blender. Get the most powerful motor you can. Nothing under 720 watts is preferred. 1200 is Best. Make small batches at a time storing it in the refrigerator. Occasionally you can find commercial grade machines on eBay.

Hi.

Why not deal directly and forthrightly with the CAUSE of the anxiety?! I'm not saying there is no benefit to CBD oil just strange to me to turn to a something that gives mostly a placebo effect instead of dealing directly with the problem and make the cause go away completely. Some people can't. Okay, I get that. But those people seem to have anxiety attacks over every little thing. Oh, it's too cold outside. It's 74ยฐ. Oh, it's too hot outside. It's 75ยฐ. Why not just say that you have absolute zero control of the climate where you live and dress appropriately for that day!
