My grandfather is very sick in bed and I'm worried he doesn't have much longer to live.

My heartfelt condolences to you and your extended family. If you can stay near him as long as possible. If he is a Christian, you might give both of you comfort in reading the Bible aloud.
Without a doubt though, you need to go. You will regret it if you dont.

I smoked once for the first time ten days ago and I am being drug tested on Sunday?

There is a chance, just a chance that the test will show some small trace amounts. The testing lab only reports the results, not what actions, if any, the company should take.
That said, the small trace amount might mean that at sometime in the near future they can test you again. My point being even if they don't say anything to you, don't believe you were able to cheat the system. Stay clean.

Here is the bottom line: if you feel strongly that he is "the one" there should be not one thing in the entire world from finding out for sure.
Everyone should find that special person to share life with, with absolutely no regrets.

Now how you approach this is the question. The best course is to ask a direct question in a setting away from the office. Put on your Nike's on and go for it.

Ever notice that cannibals are always painted in a bad light in movies?

It is more the fault of those in Hollywood producing the movies than the cannibals in reality.

So what is the working title of the film you're in? Eatee or eator...?

Why would someone unfriend you from one social media platform but not another?

It's extremely difficult to think using someone else's brain. Don't sweat it. Really. There are much bigger things to concern your daily life with.

Here is a start. Never stop asking others!

You can do this! We walk with you, side by side, in spirit and support every step of every day.

And sincerely, you have a gift in your photography. That can be learned but yours is a true gift. You can always partner with someone to do most of your talking. I honestly can't think of any professional photographer that does not have an assistant.

WE are all proud of you. Honestly.
