Alien Covenant is not a good movie and we should stop watching new Alien films because it is so bad.

Not my genre of movie I like either but appreciate the heads up.

As a contrast, go see The Hate U Give. Well written and acted. Surprise ending too though perhaps a little unreal. Everyone in my theater loved it judging from the applause it received.

Who thinks we need to do a Help Reunion...

I am all for it! There are some things to think about. The timing needs to be not around a holiday so it is more likely to get the requested time off from employers. Would family be allowed to attend including children and pets? Would it include any activities and who would be responsible for collecting the monies to help cover costs? During the period of time we are together, who would be available to help on posts? If I travel 700 miles to meet everyone I don't want to spend a hour or two texting responses on my phone. If we have catering what about those with food allergies or prefer vegan?
