I hate working for the company I work for.

I do not envy you but i share some of the issues, stuff like if you have a problem everyone knows about it including whoever the problem is with. i share some of rockstars view in that just be a robot and do the job because its money in the bank. if theres anyone there that you actually get on with great but if not then theres no real need to get involved with anyone. what is it you do exactly - might help the situation. for example if its something where you have union or something similar you might be able to get in contact with them. but for the love of god get a new job! i know its easier said than done but even if its not something youre used to a change of pace/environment would be good! plus one of us im sure would write you an amazing reference if the people at your work wont ;)

its amazing what people can do when they come together! hopefully this site goes on to continue its legacy and there will be more people who can call this place a second home with a very large, loving, if slightly dysfinctional family!

What is intelligence?

doing psychology i suppose i have a more intergreated view on it that some people might. Intelligence is an umbrella that covers many areas such as emotional , academic, existential and artistic. I would say it is formed through experiences and learning and conditioning ad the want for it is innate however as we all have free will (arguably) we choose where we want to expand it to. so a professor such as myself (one day hopefully!) seeks academic knowledge and so intellect the most.

we've had about 4inches which for the UK is an alot! everythign just crumbles, all the public transport and roads xD

Would you rather be intelligent and live a lifetime being poor or be not that academic and be wealthy for life?

id be rich and stupid, as much as i love my intelligence you can still be dumb and know how to enjoy yourself and do things with your life. and if you have the funds to do it then atleast youd be having fun. also ignorance is bliss alot of the time so less you know less you worry.

I have come to the conclusion that people just do not take me seriously or respect me.

confidence is key, bing well spoken in your emails and making people believe you are passionate about the product. you need to make them think that theres no way they coul not have this product ni their lives/on their shelves etc. if you lack confidence people will pick that up even over an email. i had to build my confidence up alot working in sales and actually its driven me to better places in most areas of life.
