What to do about a landlord who refuses to rent to someone suffering from depression

I'm not sure what local recourse there is. Most places, if you can prove that he is not renting because of an illness you can take legal action based on discrimination.

Here in Ontario Canada, you can take the landlord to the Landlord-Tennent Board for arbitration and legal actions.

A patient is prescribed Drug L 1040mg OM and ON.

90 ml is what would be left after 6 doses.

520mg/5ml * 2 = 1040mg/10ml = 1 dose = 10ml
6 dose = 60ml
150ml - 60ml = 90ml

What does it mean??

It sounds like it is in reference to a picture/graphic.

My guess is that it is that without having that pic there is no way to know what it is supposed to mean.

The important thing is to keep writing.

I will keep writing... At least I haven't stopped yet. And I have no plans to stop.

I just want to be able to get the picture out of my head and onto the paper.

would it hurt to take a writing course at your local community college? im sure it would jumpstart your creativity..

I have thought about it. I am of two minds.

I have heard many horror stories about people who have taken writing courses only to be told to not write this or that, or that this kind of writing is not 'real writing,' etc.

But at the same time I want to be able to improve my writing.

Then of course there is the cost.

I want someone to write my resume for me.

The downside to getting someone else to do it is you still have to tell them everything or write it down. They essentially just format it.

I know the employment centre in my town has a free service that will write resumes. It might not hurt to ask at your local employment agency.

My life is going really well.

This sounds like depression. And depression is so much more than being sad. It is the constant shadow weighing you down and hanging over your shoulder.

Hold onto the good things in life. Focus on them. You will get through this!

And if your feelings aren't changing or taking over, talk to your doctor.

There should be a law that if you are a politician, you're just not allowed to have any investments in anything.

There was a book I read once (a fantasy novel) where the one country all of the people in government had to sell ALL their property, stocks, etc. and the money was put into the treasury. They were given comfortable if bland government housing, clothing, etc.

When their term was completed they were given back their money adjusted based on how well the country did economically. If the country made a profit, they got a little extra, if they were at a loss, they got less. And they couldn't make a profit by raising taxes.

One could not refuse a nomination, or choose not to do the job. If they did, then their property was sold anyway and added to the treasury, and they were imprisoned/executed.

I think we need a less extreme form of that.

The idea of registering for public service draft is interesting to me.

Serving your time essentially. That's cool.

Maybe we do need something less extreme, but you have to admit it would get the job done!
