Some people just HAVE to spread around the negativity!
I gave up on Facebook a long time ago because of it all.
Doc Ralph has the best idea! Great advice!
One of my codas in life is simple...and it works..."Don't EVER let 'em see you sweat"....
Some people just like to see you brought down.
Don't LET that happen....Be yourself....If that isn't good enough for them..I repeat those magic words...

How come my cat smells like a cat

Yes, anon....I agree with the food that she is eating...I had a Siamese chocolate point some time ago...She LOOOOVED to be showered and lathered in the tub...with a hand held shower head...And she smelled, well, like a perfumed Siamese...lol...They all just have their own unique scent to them I suppose.
Good luck with your Kitty!

My whole life along with social anxiety agoraphobia panic attacks obsessive compulsive depression i keep getting either mania or extreme bed ridden depression.

Sherlock is right.(again!)
But this is true too...."And other people spend most of their lives in an intermediate state, with lots of psychosis and lots of depression or mania, but not enough to be fully bipolar. These people are called schizoaffective. By definition, a person can't have bipolar disorder and schizophrenia at the same time."
My heart goes out to you...Apparently you have been through some really serious times, huh?
Me too...I have panic attacks that most people would never wish to experience...
But I am in a high stress job now, and it really does help...keeps the mind busy. THAT is important. Don't sit idle.
Be your own best buddy.
But talking to a professional is the most recommended solution.
Talk till you have let go of a lot of this crap that is overburdening you from the inside out.
You are not alone...<3
Just know that.

My only New Years resolution (every year) is to make NO New Years resolutions...They are only going to get broken, in my case. I have very little willpower...So, I just try every day to do my best that I can do. Hmm...I think that I just made my resolution! Be the best I can be....^_^

Aw, Sherlock!! That is so wonderful!
I know what you mean...I wish for the same thing.
All the niceness of the season...family...friends...every single day.
I'm up for it!! <3
Er, could I maybe be one of your elves?
How great would that be to see the smiles on the kids faces...:)

Wishes.

Sherlock's Star Trek quote makes soooo much sense and IS totally logical.

I mean, does it not feel great to long for something for quite a piece of time...searching...reaching...and then we find it and really get into it...but then soon enough the newness wears off, and said object ends up on the shelf...not to be recognized any longer...and we move on to newer and brighter and shinier things?
So yes...wanting really is a much sharper feeling.
I agree with Sherlock AND Mr Spock.
Well as long as I am a human being anyway...:)
