I've become far too lazy, bitter, old and spoiled since those days.

But at least I rarely use text-speak. In this day and age, that seems like a rarity. Even my mother has fallen under its spell!

However, I do sometimes use the unicode (or whatever its called) keyboard to make some things fancy on SecondLife. Does that count as "non-base"?

i think its far more worthy than giphy or memes. Im bit guilty on using memes.. but i prefer back when it was a raw, crude and brilliant.. new ones now are just tasteless...

I never could do anything fancy with a keyboard. I can spend hours a day on a computer and yet I have trouble doing anything but turning it on and off... some days even that's a challenge.
