More bad news

the property i wanted for my business has sold.

Its been derelict for years. Ive had my eye on it a whiile hoping that no one would buy it and it wouldnt go up for sale.

but no, looks like it has planning permission for a dental practice. fml it would have been perfect.

maybe its a blessing in disguise.

I would have loved the property, its near a park and a decent area so it would have been great for my dog business. On the down side it is within a mile of another dog training school....

I have my eye on another piece of land that could also be good. But its opposite a development on a main road so it could sell to a big business if it went up for sale.

My place of residence is adjacent to a park. Several days throughout the year, it's filled with either some festival or another, a school event, chainsaws trimming the vegetation or teenagers being teenagey.

It is for the best.

yeah that was me. ages ago i know, im still studying but near the very end of my course now. so i will officially launch in the next few months.

but i kinda want to change it to pro dog training. unfortuantely i have everything set up for unleashed pawtential and spent quite a bit of money on it
