I'd say anything that stretches your knowledge. Visit an art museum. Go for a hike on a nature trail you have never visited before. Do something adventurous that is on your bucket list such as a hot-air balloon ride. Expand your curiosity about something that DOESN'T require a recreational drug.

well i had a few days off so i jumped on a plane and dissappeared for 2 nights. it was blissful and a perfect break. and in total cheaper than some train journeys here in the uk!

I live in East Asia now... Well I've decided that I'm going to draw , study a little , go swimming, learn something new(maybe) , watch some nice movies and just chill , thanks ! :)
