Sometimes I need to help


but I get stuck in this quiet.
And I dont know how to talk or what to say.
But I guess that's better then when I share to much.

Sometimes by helping, we help ourselves.

This can be because it makes us feel better, but sometimes offering a different perspective allows us to view our own situations in the same light.

Clyde will be the party animal then when he comes. ;) If someone has no pets, they can, optionally, dress up as an animal.

I think we all need help, why else would we be someplace called help? I think suffering in silence beats bringing everyone around you down, but I don't know. I have trouble sharing too.
