Do you have any recommendations for good anti-anxiety medication?

The thing with xanax is they are very addictive, and also they don't treat anything, they just cover up the symptoms. You need to find the source of your symptoms and treat that. And you can't do this without an expert.
As for the meditation, my English is not so good, so you could wait for someone else to answer, or you can google it. The breathing exercise I do is: inhale from the nose for 8 sec, keep the air for 6 sec, exhale from the mouth for 6 sec. I do this 3-4 times and then start activating my muscles one by one while breathing. Ghhh someone else in this forum will know how to explain this!
Oh! And you could join a yoga class.

Don't make the mistake to self medicate. They could make you feel worse. Some of them could cause fatigue, nausea etc. Make an appointment with a psychiatrist and they'll know what to give you. You might need antidepressants and not anxiolytics.
Oh! And I've been through a period where I had the feeling there's something wrong with me. Turned out it was just anxiety, as soon as I stopped feeling anxious, started meditating and aome breathe exercise, all my symptoms vanished.

@Nix I think this was the first ever of it's kind! And it was sooo funny! There are other similar videos, like this one: https://youtu.be/QKn_LgZv9g4 but they are not that good.
@CaraMia that's me when I drink coffee! They should give him some catnip or something!

Im not sure whether I should walk past this guy near or leave him lots of space still.

You can't live your life thinking what your actions could cause to other people. And you'll not get over it unless you start thinking of your wellbeing. Just don't worry so much! It really doesn't matter whether he'll think something bad about you or not (which he'll not, when this happened to me I only felt sorry for them, kept thinking that it might have been my fault and then I just didn't know how to react and probably had a weird expression in front of them. doesn't mean I was afraid of them, just afraid I could say something that could hurt them.)

I can't bring myself to eat.

I knew this girl who had the same problem, doctor suggested she should start with mixed juice, then vegetable soups and then start adding some meat in the soups and bread. He also gave her anxiolytics which are known to increase appetite.

I'm learning new stuff every day here! I had to google this condition, it has happened to me many times, other people thinking I like them when in reality I'm just being friendly. So, I can tell you this. It's not all your fault. People often give mixed messages and sometimes it's hard to tell whether someone is being nice or he's in love with you.
I'd say you should forget about him, act like he doesn't exist and stop thinking about them. Stop overthinking. It doesn't matter whether you'll pass in front of him or not. And for Christ's sake, don't start thinking "oh, he looked at me, he might like me after all". He never did and never will. It was just not meant to be. Eventually you'll find someone to love and be loved. You're still very young. (Happy birthday by the way!)

How do we keep this one?

It's pretty much at the top of a Google search now.

When it first started you had to go through 3 or 4 pages to find it

I've tried many key words but it doesn't appear on google search. It depends where you live though. The closest thing I found was "help to go to the toilet" lol!!!
