I watched a program the other day about rape.

This whole thing seems kind of confusing to me. Are you not together now? You said you stayed with him for 5 years which makes it sound like you are no longer together. If you're not together why are you talking to him about ******raping you? Just to make him feel bad?

Secondly you stayed in a hotel room with him for what reason? Were there two beds and neither of you had a place to stay besides the hotel? I mean normally if two adults go to a hotel they are either out of town or go there just to have ***sex. I think maybe that's what he thought anyway...

And you admit to marrying an illegal alien just so they can stay in the country. You do know that's a crime in itself, right? It sounds like a mixed up, muddled up, messed up situation you have going on there and it's just as much your fault as his. Maybe more yours.

De-evolution of man. We are no longer evolving like we did for tens of thousands of years. Now the least intelligent, weakest individuals are multiplying like rabbits and our collective IQ is dropping like a rock. Or as Forrest Gump would say, "stupid is as stupid does".

Seeing that post this morning triggered some memories of my own.

I just have to say I wouldn't tell your dad. I'm not sure what good it would do now, it would just bring him a lot of pain and make him miserable. My parents are both dead and I have no regrets about not telling them about most of the bad things that happened to me during my life.

Why do people act up sometimes?

I was working in a house this week and they had a 2 year old girl. The first day she was soooo sweet I was telling the lady, man I wish my kids were little again, they are so much fun at that age. The second day mommy told her she had to take a bath and that little monster started screaming bloody murder and didn't shut up for over 4 hours until grandma came home... whew. You talk about acting up. She would scream until she was red in the face and out of breath and then lay down and cry and when she got her strength up again would start screaming again. Yup forgot about about that part of raising kids... that and dirty diapers.

I have been wanting to start working out and start getting into shape (Round is a shape though!)

I work out for a living. I was at the top of a 24 foot ladder at 9 o'clock this morning and at noon I was still on an 8/12 pitch roof on my knees and then standing up to trim out windows. Get a head rush doing that and you're in trouble...

My problem is I love to eat. Had a couple of Snickers bars and a big glass of milk for breakfast and came home and ate a giant piece of chocolate birthday cake and a couple of scoops of ice cream just for fun. Four beers on the way home too. Plus I drink coffee with three scoops of sugar every morning to wake up, at least three cups. I'd be a cow if I sat in a chair all day.

What is the difference between a polyphon and a record player?

A polyphon just had a metal plate that made music by raised bumps in the record or cylinder you put in it. It wasn't recorded music or voices like a record player. Like AlOne said if you know what a music box is, it was one of those.
