silly jebby, he gets very eccentric on facebook too but i suppose its parts of the charm. but things can always get taken too far :/ rules are there for a reason

So there is a chance that I might actually be able to join the military!

does it have to be the most recent 5 years or can it be for 5 years at any point in your life? Coudl possibly see if any old teachers/lecturers or anything would do it? and possibly any shop/business owners you know and go to regularly?

cbt can be done on a 1:1 basis, thats how i had mine and how we're learning about it on my uni course. but it can also be done in groups - its just super versatile.

it's healthy minds here where I live too. Thankfully not a long waiting list, think I've waited 4 weeks, I start councilling end Nov

my boyfriends just sent off an assessment form to them so fingers crossed he also has a short waiting time :) do you know what therapy theyre planning to give you? im a big supporter of CBT so hoping he is offered it

i've been cheated on by all but 1 of my exes so i feel her pain there but its also no reason at all for her to make accusations - trust breeds trust etc. my boyfriend has similar issues to her and tried to accuse me of sleeping with his boss because he left his jumper here after he'd been round to see both of us and i had to say how dare he accuse me of something just because other people have done it, he knows ive had the same experiences. once he realised that accusing me for the sake of it actually wouldnt help anything he stopped and realised that his boss and infact just forgotten his jumper when he'd left.

its easy to irrationalise something espeically with previous bad experiences but if someones not given you a reason to mistrust them then there is usually a decent explanation if theyre willing to hear it and it seems she isnt ready for that yet.

there are IAPT services depending where you are, annoyingly the one in my town closed but they've replaced it with a Healthy Minds service. both of them are self referral so no GP involved, but your gp can also refer you to them depending how you want to approach it. my gp referred me to the IAPT service here about 4years ago now and they did wonders for me though there was a 3month waiting list. luckily my dr was amazing and he made me go see him for an appt every week to check i was ok and not headed into a crisis
