Anyone a doctor?

Yeah, everything you described sounds right on point to what you've been experiencing.
However, consider this; a nutritionalist will tell you that your diet plays a big role in your moods, even for a "healthy" person.
This is why it's important to read food labels and get to know the substances involved (especially) with processed foods.
Many "preservatives" are just chemicals with a chain that defeats the blood/brain barrier - generally speaking, the effects both long and short term aren't good. These chemicals affect the psyche of the brain = haywire.
Further, getting to where you're at, hypoglycemia is a precursor to diabetes. Everybody seems to be focused on sugar when it comes to hypoglaucemia & diabetes - sugar out of the bag literal or candy and sweets or, "don't eat too many cupcakes but have all the French bread you like"...ummm...no.
It's about ANY food that converts to sugar, once it enters the body. Anything with glycerine (candy, cakes and processed sugar) to all carbohydrates.
And sadly....all forms of booze, fruit and/or fruit juice(s).
Ever notice after eating a bunch sweets how you crave high proteins? Like, solid meat, chicken, tuna or a slab of beef?
You should ask yourself why there is such an epidemic of pancreatic cancer in our society - what is the organ that produces insulin? And people beat the he!l out of it with their diet until it fails and then they become insulin dependant.
But, people seldom note the other side - protein. As I said about the meat cravings. It's expected that you will eat more meat than you do sugar-related foods. That's why you have a liver - it process various proteins like your pancreas processes sugar. Your liver and pancreas are attached to each other....
There will always be high protein spikes involved in the aftermath of a heart attack. It can't always be blamed on high cholesterol although meat tastes better with the greasings that go with it - yum!
But, don't be fooled. Going vegan and eating a bunch of soy is propaganda.
Yet, it is true, that a diet that leans toward a fresh vegetable diet is the most beneficial, but you do need a moderate of meat to maintain a healthy protein level.
Remember. Your mood is in your diet. Hope This helps.
Good luck.

I feel like my boss is starting to get too nosey.

Hey, when you go to the bathroom, does your sister hold your hand....?

When you get up in the morning, do you get up by yourself or does sister get you up?

That's a nice jacket, is that your sisters' or did she happen to choose it for you?

Gas prices - does sister buy your gas, or does she just drop you off?
-------------

I could go on, but I think you get the point. None of this has anything to do with your sister in all reality.

I'm tempted to think your boss is a cast-iron, raging narcissist and you are her trip wire.

She's on a power trip.

- out of no where (in front of others who are sitting back there) she asks me what Iโ€™m having for lunch. And I told her I had a Healthy Choice pesto meal. And out of no where she asks โ€œdo you ever cook or does your sister cook?โ€

"It's not like she came all this way to put this in the microwave."

You might have to take a moment and put her in place.

I was born and raised in the same state my entire life.

There is nothing on the West coast that is "laid back" or "inexpensive," when compared to the East coast - you just get a different version of the same thing, however....
I will say this; I have recently moved from a very expensive State to a State in the deep south. I gotta say, living IS cheaper, traffic is low and if it were anymore laid back, it'd be a cemetery.

My manager admitted to me yesterday that she looked at my social media and I donโ€™t know how I feel about it.

No worries

How do you help someone who's fiance cancels the wedding a week before the day?

Traditionally, it's the woman who overturns a wedding.

Being as how it was the groom in this case, I'm sure he risks demonization but that depends on the curcumstances.

Do they (still) live together? Did they live together to begin with?

There must be an 'official' report - why did he cancel the wedding?

Answers to question such as these provide elements to help navigate effective action as a friend to the couple.

It really helps to know who did the cancelling - him or her?
For now, all you can do is stand and be ready to support them in their time of need.

Advice needed.

One thing is certian, life sucks when you're in physical pain (I too can attest to this).
What more can be done to medically narrow out the physical forms of pain you have?
Surely, where things are at can't be where it will stay...

Advice needed.

I was gathering up my advice only to find you deleted the reasons I needed for packing it....
....Sooo, given what is left, I would say kick the booze, get healthy, revise some of your outlook and go on an adventure.

Try to find some happiness.
