A pad and a phone seems to be the new norm.

Some mundane musings on oils.

I was expecting new and improved uses for frankincense and myrrh...

Me too..lol.
I don't think there is any oil left in oil. It's all additives.

Itโ€™s kind of hard to stay positive when literally everyone is being negative around you.

at this point.. I would love a muse for a friend.. seems like everyones (in person) either wants to hear themselves talk in a form of venting.. which is primarily negative for the most part OR being excellent at akward silence.. i just feel like i have to tap into my creative mana.. and use up all i can to make things more interesting.. .. i've been tapped out.. since quite a while for my own reasons.

However.. Reading the following post, I guess its a bonus if you are a giver, grab some donuts, coffee..provide if you will.. may it be a calander.. something usefull for the other.. might cheer em up and they'll rejoice and you'll win some points. you felt good... they may talk neg.. but you feel good cuz you helped their day in a way.

I like that and use to do that. Thank for the reminder.

Say where you're from.

How does one compare to the other?

It was like moving to a foreign country. Heck I grew up in a small town that was all farmers and my dad was the only veterinarian that worked on cows horses and pigs. So everyone knew me and had known me as the little kid who rode around with the vet my whole life. There were no black or brown people, no one that wasn't exactly like me. There weren't any jobs either unless your dad had a farm and you were the first born son who inherited it.

So yeah I moved to a relatively big city and was anonymous and everyone hated me for the way I talked, I was a damn yankee. It was a heck of a change, learning all the different dialects and having criminals and people you couldn't trust all around. There's not a lot of that in small towns, they figure you out fast and you go to jail or move. Quite a big difference.

Now Nashville has changed. It's not even a southern town anymore, 200 people move here every day and most of them don't even speak English, much less southern drawl...

It'll settle down soon. I understand what you're saying and it's part of a growing population. It happened before with the first settlers. Hold true and if someone pokes you about your accent it's their problem. They call me (my government too!) an Anglo. I don't want that name, refuse to answer to it and smile when I think of Karma biting the stupid dicks. I take care of my relationships because in end that's all we have.

How can I help my mum?

The games are a release of stress and once she's finished, I think she will gather herself up and do what needs to be done.

Best wishes. I have no answers. A trip or cruise my help a bit:)

Happy new year guys :)

I brought people to a club. They were all(all the clubs) nearly empty. Good for us, bad for the club owners. Real good prices, food and music (live bands). They claim the lack or fear of cabs was the reason.
