Money / debt help.

My new bank have said they will prob lend me the money to pay off the old bank so I can be rid of these daily fines and close it.

I'm not sure which is the best option, borrow from new bank, or go with a debt management plan.

No idea how much the new bank will want paying each month towards the loan, I have a meeting with them this week.

Hopefully the new bank will give you a low interest rate and a decent time span to get the loan paid off (and whenever you have extra money, put it toward that debt to get it paid off faster)

Debt management is a good option, too, though.

You just need to compare the terms between the two programs carefully (interest rates; length of time to repay; late payment clauses; balloon payments; prepayment penalties; any other penalties; etc)

Then you can get back on track and it will feel great to be debt free.

We actually have a ****shit ton of debt right now, too. It sucks.....

My landlord is a cripple and he is asking favors.I honestly dont want to be his care giver.

I agree that you did. Now maybe he can help oit with groceries or just some cash. Or you should tell him you cant help

Well, there's nothing wrong with helping a fellow human....even to the point of some self sacrifice. In fact, I think there is too little helping/connecting with our fellow humans.

Having said that, it seems like you have really done your part in helping him. Maybe you can remind him that you have things to do too and tell him you will be avail at certain yime periods....ex: Tuesday afternoons. And if he needs more hours of help, you can use a little help with groceries or something....

A landlord shouldn't really ask you to do anything without taking money off your rent.

He tells you his problems so you know how bad off he is and will continue to help him.

Kindness is okay, enabling isn't. I can't apologize for feeling that you can be homeless and still not spread bugs. Pepper putting your family first isn't selfish.
Crap girl...I'm still scratching...lol.

The REALLY GOOD THING is that it seems as if the bugs were contained to her room and just outside it. No sign of bugs in the room down the hall from "ground zero" and no bugs or signs of anywhere on main level or 2nd floor.
So I don't feel that itchy๐Ÿ˜Š

When I realized it, which is when we were MOVING HER IN, I asked her to stay in the one room and I got 90% of her stuff into big black trash bags and out of the house.
Put down the diatomacious earth and called an exterminator, who arrived 2 days later.

So, I minimized, isolated, and didn't procrastinate about calling a pro.

I think that helped me, my kids and husb., and the other room mate feel "okay" about the situation

And after she moves from the hotel, please be so kind to inform the hotel of the bug issue. They are obviously traveling with her.

Math problem!

I think he made $20

Just his expenditures....$60+$80=$140
His profits....$70+$90=$160

Profits minus expenditures is a profit of $20
