My anxiety problems are driving everyone in my life crazy.

I'm reminded of the poem, Anyway. It has been said to have been found hanging on the wall of an orphanage founded by Mother Theresa. It reads:

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

So my suggestion to you @Araz is to just do it. Regardless of your fears, just do it. Do it.... Anyway.

Can you part with a little bit of funds? Try the app, Doctor on Demand. It was created by Dr. Phillip McGraw and his son. It will put her face to face with a vetted and hand picked doctor that is Board Certified, without leaving home. I suggest doing it on your laptop or desktop computer at first. She can later move the account to her phone.

If i understand correct, you mean like pouncing a therapy session her? She would not respond well to it for one thing.

No. These are genuine doctors of every specialty. Even Gynacologists. I'm not sure of the cost though. I don't think you can get prescriptions through them. It is more just advice I think. But since the advice is coming from somebody that is a real doctor it might sink in more.

Did he just ask me to hangout with him or did I misunderstand him?

What others think, say, or do you have absolute zero control of. Nada. Zip. Nyet. Just be yourself. And smile.

Remove all the programs. Delete them.

Actually, it is the exact opposite. You don't unplug as much as plug IN. Step out of your comfort zone to help others. Volunteer! As much as you might lament where you are right now there are hundreds within easy reach that find their place in life lacking. All they want is a friendly face to look at. To listen to their problems. To care. To be sincere. To show a little bit of empathy.
There is no science involved. You can accomplish 99% of all of this just by showing up.

People dont work for things anymore.

The good far outweigh the bad. The bad apples are usually sensationalized in the news, mainly on tv. But there are way more sincere and honest fundraising campaigns than scammers. Remember you are more likely to hear about a single plane crash than the millions of planes that land safely week after week.

Give to those that you deem sincere and honest. Pay it forward if you can.

I would plead with anyone wishing to comment on this post, do so AFTER due diligence in reading the cited bill in its entirety. Keep in mind it has not been passed but is still in Committee.

You have a reason. You have a purpose to be here. Do you have access to a library or audio books?
