How do I convince my friend not to lie in her CV ?

Did you mention online dating there, @soco..?! ;D - It is on my 'What Stupid Things i Did and Just About Survived List'..

..and wasted 15 years in education.. my spelling is still bad; my 2.5 yo nanny child was better at maths than me, and i never had a job needing any certificates - no need to bother making a fake one.. but Helper's friend might want to utilize the idea. ;)

Aaw, dearest @DocteurRalph, im so sorry things are far from ideal for you :(( i hope and pray that you will be a happy bunny soon..! ;) xx

And yeah, if i had a 12 gauge shotgun, i'd be in jail for life now..

Really glad you had at least one deposit back; and yes it was funny.. :D

Btw, to make your anger justified.. as i was writing this post y'day, my rabbits bit through a vaccum cleaner cord! :(((( they somehow survived as it was plugged in.. but me, on the other hand, am quite finished and SOOOO behind with packing and panicking...

Gonna close this account - i hate her (Mya), and gonna cacoon in my new place until i emerge trauma and demons free..

So, all the best to everyone - thank you for preserving my sanity in the last 3 months (still pray for me if you can), and i look forward to smelling Docteur one day.. ;)

Oh waw that looks absolutely amazing!!

I visited the national park a long time ago but have never been up Snowdon.

Have you climbed the scafells?
We could do that if you came up here, the views from my house aren't quite as good as yours but you can just about see the sea.

Ben Nevis is about 3 hrs from here yet I've only been about 1/4 The way up that when I lived that way.

Thank you, JN! I'm not there yet.. i'm supposed to be loading a removal van tomorrow, but i'm still not packed; paniiiiiic!! :(((

The hills at the back are Snowdonia, but it takes like 40 mins drive to get there, because of the bay! And the view is not from my house - just some picture of the village which i found online. My house will be one of those near the beach, a minute walk away! (I've been to the seaside less than 30 times in my life, and now i'll be living so close to the sea, whoa!)

If things go according to the plan (which they rarely do), I will not be working in August, (should start a new job from September), so if you are free, we could arrange a walk or two. I haven't climbed Scafells; been to the Lake District just once for a few hours and climbed some hill near Pull Woods -

With Windemere lake in the distance -

I might not have an internet after tomorrow (they messed it up!!), so how can we exchange contact details?

Only once I got my full deposit back. It seems to be more a function of the integrity of the landlord than the condition of the apartment. I've left places in exactly the same condition as when I moved in, or even better, and still they find some reason to take at least a part of the deposit, and it's never worth fighting it.

I got my full deposit back from my last house 7 years ago. I lived there 8 years and managed to negotiate no rent increase for all those years.. But my landlord was a guy (married, luckily)..

This place is owned by a couple and she couldn't stand me until like a month ago. I am still expecting some blow from her, but hoping for the best.. But knowing myself, will be fighting with her if she will be unreasonable. I should not see her anymore though, as her manager will be coming for a handover..
