Eleanor had 2 more kittens after almost 24 hours.


But unfortunately one died.

I need a name for everyone. One will be named Charlie. I thought I'd name the first one Charlie but I think the black one may be a boy. I know for sure three of them are girls. The one that passed is a girl. She needs a name too.

I'm grateful for the 3rd baby but sad for the 4th.

but congrats for the other 3! as for the names, I'll make some suggestions, but I think you should pick the names yourself based on their characteristics.
Cora (means daughter and you could name her Cornilia or Coraline or Corina and call her Cora)
Eugenia (means politeness)
my personal favorite ancient is Electra. was planning to name my daughter Electra, if I ever had one! I can lend it to you if you want!

Aaw, thanks for sharing this news - congratulations! Veery cute. I have never seen that tiny kittens.. im so sorry one didnt make it :( but enjoy the rest of them; hope you'll find the best names xx most of my friends are some variations of Mary/Miriam, Catherine/Simone, or Jane/Yana.

They are good. It was a bit rocky the first couple days.
Eleanor still doesnt clean them or do the potty as much as she should but they are finally gaining good weight.
Today I made them an appointment at the vet. September 24th they get shots and check up and stuff like that.

Esmé my white cat is due soon. When I dont know though.
The time they got pregant was when I was gone. She will probably have a bigger litter.

awww! Esme is helping Eleanor! how sweet!!! they must either be really good friends, or relatives to do that (or in some cases cats who recently had kittens do that) but it's not that common! some cats could kill their own kittens, or not recognize them and stop feeding them, if they smell like another cat.
and the "just because" picture of Agnes made me smile! (hah I also smiled when I first read Eleanors name because it kinda sound like my name, and from what I read, they almost have the same meaning! hah)

Esme is pregnant too. So her instincts want to raise the kittens.
My cats are all close in age and grew up together so they are close.
Eleanor and agnes are half sisters.
Of all my years, I've never had a cat kill her kittens or reject them.
