Iโ€™m right there with you. I was in that hole and now Iโ€™m slowly climbing out but the hole just keeps getting deeper. Find one thing that youโ€™ve done in your past or that youโ€™ve always wanted to do and commit to it. Mine was a shelter I use to volunteer at before I moved. When I was in my hole I wouldnโ€™t leave my bed so I stopped going. This week I decided i Would go again once a week bc it made me happy. Find something or even someone to hold on to. Make a brunch date with family or friends and commit to it once a week. Anything that can give you hope.

I just read a book about suicide packs itโ€™s more of a romcom (not sure if thatโ€™s your type of book) its called - my heart and other black holes.

Maybe try and life that fun aspect of your plan with a friend first. Find a fwb to let loose with and try and enjoy the next month and see how you feel then

Make sure you are drinking water and eating. If you arenโ€™t on any medication to help with depression and canโ€™t go to the doctor to get some try turmeric root capsules (when I was going off my antidepressants cold turkey they helped with the side effects like nausea and light headedness).

Iโ€™ve come to that conclusion myself too. But you must have one unrealistic dream that youโ€™ve wanted? Mine is to run away to a different state of country where no one knows me. If I ever get to that point where Iโ€™m ready to end it all, I will runaway first. If I fail at that at least I know I tried

The job I just left is accusing me of stealing and is not going to pay me for the week I worked there.

That woman is a nightmare; the good thing is that you have left the job - she would have made it a hell there for you.

If you report them, it might help the next person. Hope you will get your paycheck and be cleared from any malicious accusations.

I got a job offer today but I really donโ€™t want to work there. I told them I would let them know by Tuesday. I applied for AmeriCorps. - a us volunteer program that I am excited about but I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll find out for a while so I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s worth the risk of waiting. Iโ€™ll be paying this months rent and my lease ends at the end of this month. I was seeing that one guy for about a month. He dumped me via text on Saturday.

Yes. One way itโ€™s happened to me is i end up having a panic attack which makes me throw up. The other way Iโ€™ve experienced it is I would get so depressed Iโ€™d make myself throw up (I guess it was my other way of cutting)
