Everyone should read this article from Field & Stream magazine, whether you've experienced depression or not.

Thanks for posting it Sherlock. I can't imagine being depressed when you're a teenager or even on into middle age. Life to me has always been so much fun but these "golden years" are anything but golden. Nothing is new anymore, my body hurts all the time, it's hard to even get out of bed... I needed to read this.

Name for a new puppy.

I have a yellow Labrador Retriever named Blondie, before that I had a black Lab named Midnight, so it's all about the color to me. My dad named his pets after the people he bought them from... Sam, Joe, Max,and one from an adoption place that he named Gypsy.

But yeah Tristan is a weird name for a dog. How about Fido? Here's a list of the most popular dog names, but Bella and Bailey are the top two so I'm not exactly in love with it...

Anyone remember the longest post ever?

That's really cool. Looking back at how you felt about your husband when you first met him. Better not let him see it Pasta!

What can I do to get my child to stop chewing his clothes?

It just looks like a Lego to me. But yeah if you hang it around his neck he might chew on it instead of his clothes... alternative oral motor input says I.

My skills are failing me, and I know some of you are better at finding things than me...

How did we all already know that Sherlock would prefer military maps?

Fish actually bite better in the rain in my experience. Heck with the map, the Northern Pike are biting!

Itโ€™s been a long time but itโ€™s nice to see that some people came back.

Yeah you should never quit benzodiazepines cold turkey. Besides crapping your pants and not sleeping it causes serious mood swings and you lay in bed thinking weird thoughts... or at least I do. You should taper off of them slowly. Just take a half a pill or so at least before you go to bed or in the morning. Coming off of them fast is a really bad idea.

Alternative oral motor input, that's what my behavioral therapist would tell you. Well you know, if I had one that is. Whistles, harmonicas, blowing bubbles, eating crunchy foods with texture, etc.. At three years old he's going to have to have constant supervision while engaging in any of these activities too. On a brighter note summer is around the corner and he can just run around without a shirt on.
