I tried at life and I failed.

Stop giving and just live. You don't need to produce anything for anyone. You're enough.

How do I let go

Try thinking from the perspective that you already have. Try changing your perception so that you will not be reactive to anxiety, but instead proactive.

When you lose alot of blood why does your temperature go up?

When the iron in blood comes into contact with oxygen it has a chemical reaction. Maybe the "warmth" or "heat" is just a product of that reaction.

Why are people so hung up on looks?

Confidence is said to be the most attractive quality of a person. I tend to agree with that! Unless your over-confidant and a jerk.

How important do you think societal influences are on our reality?

Intrusive thoughts..

Make a routine centered on clearing your head. Mine involves lavender baths and certain music, or silence. And it stems from having alone time. Maybe your routine will involve other people, or none at all, or watching a certain movie. I don't know. It works for me though, having a designated time or ritual to focusing on my own thoughts. And it's not a daily thing so there's no pressure to complete a task. It's all on my own time whenever I want. Once a week, once a month, whatever I feel like. Indulge some part of yourself. Your mind and body will tell you what you need.

i can tell..

Maybe you should take it as constructive criticism? I say this a heavily disliked person by most people in my life. I've learned to just take it as best as possible.

I haven’t gotten any cravings to smoke (Day 10 Nicotine free!) but I’ve been told I’m crankier, I have a gross cough that won’t go away, and I’m tired all the time.

Thanks! It's starting to clear up a little bit. :) Day 14 - Not a single craving yet. Hubby went out to smoke. When he came back, I felt like the smell was everywhere. STILL didn't experience any cravings!

How does the smell affect you? How do you feel about the smell? Do you like it? Do you think it smells badly?

My mom smoked as a teenager and quit it when she had kids. She says she still loves the smell of cigarette smoke.
