Didn't the Most Recent Posts column used to be two different colors or something?

It still does for me. New posts are blue and unseen ones are purple. It could be a browser issue? If you're using a private browser or otherwise clearing your history, then your visited links won't show up that way any longer.

We don't currently "host" photos on the server in favor of bandwidth/storage space.


However, you can host it on an external site (such as Imgur.com) and then use the url. To post a photo you just paste the url in your message and it will be shown automatically.

Iโ€™d say itโ€™s likely innocent teasing without realizing the pain they caused.

Like when a toddler is walking around and he loses his balance and falls on his butt- the parents all laugh hysterically. There isnโ€™t really much of a difference that gets noticed between that and when a kid does something silly.

Even as the baby, parents/people shouldnโ€™t laugh at them trying/failing to do things, but they do. And they film it and post it on social media so the whole world can laugh at that without really considering the impact it could have. People are accidentally bullies all the time.

What do you all think about a woman dating a guy who is a little over 4 years younger than her?

I'm a guy- I don't see a problem with it. Once you're past 25, 5 years is basically nothing.

Great idea to talk to her. I definitely think that's the best course. Just be ready- some managers may detect that as a "I'm leaving if you don't give me what I want" situation (Which... It kind of is.) and they'll tell you whatever they think you want to hear, so be weary.
