well, just spent 3 days in the psychiatric institute of washington for trying to commit suicide again.

talked them into letting me out today because i was afraid id lose my job if they held me any longer, as soon as i got home and sent my boss an edited release letter, he was like, well you ready to call oncall for the next 7 days, lord if they only knew....

i been in a few dozen, lol the food sucks, beds are crappy, sometimes you meet crazier people than you are. but sometimes, you can get a little perspective.

My ex-husband seemed to enjoy an occasional visit. I always thought they seemed like prison, though I've never been to prison either. (I was in the army though. It's kind of like prison.)

i just spent the last couple hours thinking about wtf is wrong with me, and the only answer i could come up with is, absolutely nothing. im not my actions to do myself harm. you can put 2 computers side by side and fill one with the most disgusting and loathsome things imaginable and then fill the other one with the most beautiful and wonderful and mind boggling awesome things imaginable, and someone might say, man that one computer needs to be destroyed, but save the other one, but the fact of the matter is; they're both the same, beautiful creations and destroying the one will not destroy the things on it. its the same with people.

Iโ€™ll be honest with you, Jeb when I first read this post I did not think you were being serious.

It is ok you know to not be ok. I too have experienced what you have on several occasions, I know how dark that tunnel gets and also how consumed you are with your thoughts.
I am sorry to hear about this really I am. I wish I could do more to help you, tell you everything will be ok but it rarely works like that does it...
