sometimes everything seems bleak...

it annoys me cause i know all that :/ and i do things to try and cheer myself up but some days it doesnt matter what i do it just doesnt go away. i know itll pass soon and ill be ok just wish it didnt happen or atleast not as often. i really thought id got past this stage in my life but at the same time i dont beleive mental health issues can ever be "cured" in the same way a physical wound often leaves a scar.

Living at home question.

When are your parents looking to move? If theyre planning such a big relocation chances are thatll take them a fair amount of time to organise and do. Stick at the job, often there is a probation period which is frustrating but it means the people that pass it are more likely to stick around.

If you parents arent planning on moving until after your probation is over i would say bide your time and save and save. That way no matter the outcome youll be secure.

And theres nothing wrong with still being at home at 26, i know people much older that havent meant to move out. And people like myself who moved out at 18. It all depends on the person, circumstances, money etc. Never feel shame for moving at your lifes own pace!

I shall let you know how tomorrow goes though! im hoping it will be just what i need right now.

I cannot start chrome or go on google.com on my PC and it takes like 10 minutes to launch IE and firefox.

you might find that the slowness is caused by various background programmes? as Al said system restore might well help. is your computer fully updated? im awful for making sure mine is as i always put it to sleep instead of turning it off and eventualy it gets realy slow and then i finially do the right thing and let it update etc which usually fixes it. you imght also find that a pc cleaner will help to rearrange the storage on your hardrive depending if its an HDD or an SSD. another simpler option would just be to un-and-re-install the browsers and see if that helps at all with the latest versions?

if none of the suggestions we've given you work then it might be worth taking it to proper IT people as sometimes its easier to diagnose an issue with the computer infront of you.

Need help with natural remedies to get rid of the numerous black spots on my face as a result of chicken pox I had and peeled off.

would you be able to link us a picture from google of exactly what kind of spots they are? though going to see a dermotologist would most likely be the best move as theyll have various methods of lessening their visibility.

My whole life along with social anxiety agoraphobia panic attacks obsessive compulsive depression i keep getting either mania or extreme bed ridden depression.

I also agree with sherlock. I also study psychology so understand to a point how these types of conditions may arise from various life experiences. you might find that some meds they are able to give you, probably a concoction to begin with, will provide initial relief. however some form of talking therpy would indeed be a good idea.
theyll help you challenge the thoughts that make you anxious and cause you to have panic attacks and by doing so hopefully reduce symtoms of them til theyre at a managable level. your past will be explored and it might not be the glaringly obvious parts of what sounds like an awful childhood that have actually been the cause of your problems and there might be more current triggers you havent noticed or pieced together that are maing the issues persist. as for the depressive side of it often the understanding of what is causing the issues and the greater selfworth that comes from this helps allieviate the symptoms of depression and similarly may help deminish the impact of the agoraphobia.

youll find once you have the right therapist and theyre using the method that works best for you that the puzzle fits together and a better understanding and actively altering your cognitions and developing healthy coping strategies will diminish the severity of the symptoms. and youll get to a point where its much more manageable. though this might take some time especially if you have had porblems for a long time and not previously had help for them.

but i promise you its worth it and will be the most beenficial if you work with your therapist. ive had one and am starting to see another tomorrow because my issues have returned with a vengance. im not saying youll be cured, having studies psychology for the past few years i dont believe that any mental health issue can be completely cured in the same way a scar is left after a physical injury. but you can learn to cope so well that you can live a "normal" life.

i hope that helps you understand the process a bit better? if you have any specific questions about any kind of therapy or anything else let me know. between studying it and starting to learn to apply everything to actual cases of people with mental illnesses and personal experience i have a decent amount of knowledge about this area.

How come my cat smells like a cat

i find each pet has their own scent like people do....i realise that might sound weird and like i go round sniffing people and creatures but from having so many pets growing up i learnt to recognise they each had a slightly different smell. and people do too! theres a reason girls like pinching their boyfriends tops and jumpers...it smells like them and no one else.

so your cat smells like that specific cat in my opinion...it might be the litter tray that smells more generally like 'cat'.
