I am really tired of these miscreants. I would like to see them fast-tracked to the execution chamber, i.e., when there are at least a dozen witnesses to a murderous act, and the killer's fingerprints and/or DNA is on the weapon--then there should not be more than three days between his arrest and his execution! Then expunge his name from every public record! He wanted notoriety--so wipe out all evidence that he ever existed! Let the state claim his body, cremate it, and dump the ashes into a sewer. Allow no funeral or memorial service. If he lived with parents, knock down their house, leaving no board or brick on top of another. And if he got a weapon because some lazy bureaucrat didn't do his or her job, then let heads roll! I don't care if these people were bullied, ostracized, shunned or whatever--there is NO excuse for their actions and we need to come down really hard on them. Oh--no mention of their name allowed in the media. The quickest way into obscurity will be to kill innocent people!

Increasingly, the courts are looking at employment as a right once a person is hired, with exceptions allowed for poor performance or an economic downturn. A number of companies have been sued for trying to push older workers out the door. Ford found itself on the end of a lawsuit by the AARP and its over-50 managers, after Ford instituted an employee rating system that was being used to force out older managers. One thing threatened employees can do is make memoranda of illegal or unethical things they were asked to do, and observations about unsavory management practices. These are invaluable during a court hearing! There are more worker protections in other countries. Your mom was probably pushed out because of her age--or that the manager just did not like her. I really hate it when SOBs push around little people. Like the guy who spent three months in jail because some idiot at Burger King THOUGHT the guy was passing a counterfeit ten dollar bill--yes, he deserves a million bucks for what he was put through! Imagine that--three months in jail! If I'd been that guy, I wouldn't stop suing until the "Burger King" was running around naked!

When I was in high school in the late sixties, none of us ever referred to ourselves as freshmen while in the 9th grade. We did refer to ourselves as sophomores, juniors and seniors in the 10th, 11th and 12th grades, respectively. The term "freshman" came into conversation again only when I entered university. I remember finding out that 50% of freshmen flunked out of university during the first year. I was determined that I would not be one of them!

Could be a sebaceous cyst. You should have it looked at by a dermatologist right away.

Start eating healthy and get some exercise. If you do nothing in the way of exercise, you will be tired all the time!
