I'm reminded of the poem, Anyway. It has been said to have been found hanging on the wall of an orphanage founded by Mother Theresa. It reads:

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

So my suggestion to you @Araz is to just do it. Regardless of your fears, just do it. Do it.... Anyway.

Thatโ€™s a beautiful sentiment but itโ€™s definitely easier said than done. Iโ€™ll keep trying!

I would look into cbd flowers.
It has all the benifits of weed without the paranoia .
Forget the oil.
Buy the flowers

Man... weed just puts me to sleep AND makes me nauseous. Iโ€™ve never heard of CBD flowers. Iโ€™ll look into it. Thanks!

Going to the gym to vent your stress might put you in better physical shape but it still does not solve the source of what is causing your anxiety.
Personally, I'm usually against medications but there is a very rare time and condition for their use. In this case, you must make it a goal to determine what you believe the problem to be. The meds will give you the runway and "peace of mind" necessary to think things through. You may even want to contemplate a solution.
Then afterward, go back off the meds. There is, in life, a natural form of stress that no one can (or should) escape. But, when it becomes too overwhelming, we all need to get some help.
Lots of love dear girl.

Maybe... Iโ€™ll think about it. Thatโ€™s a really hard thing for me to do and Iโ€™ll have to find a therapist who is available on weekends or evenings. But I promise Iโ€™ll think about it.

Love you too!

My significant other refuses to see a doctor.

@Lano THIS IS ME! I hate going to the doctor and I havenโ€™t been to my therapist in more than a year. Iโ€™m also afraid of hearing things I donโ€™t want to if I go. I have insurance now, so thereโ€™s no excuse... but it gives me major anxiety thinking about it.

I wish I could help you. I know I have a problem (anxiety) but I donโ€™t know how to make myself get over it. I just made myself go to the dentist so thatโ€™s a first step I guess. (No cavities, yay.)

Maybe baby steps? Could you make a doctorโ€™s appointment for yourself and her at the same time? Or you could just go with her? Iโ€™d be more open personally if I had some support at my appointment.

You'll get what's coming to you, you Ohioan Abortion Murderers!!!!

Isn't abortion protected under federal law within a certain trimester or something?

Roe v Wade is supposed to prevent states from implementing laws that would prevent abortion but if Alabama (and others) passing antiabortion laws are any indicator of whatโ€™s to come... looks like many states are trying to get it overturned.
